We provide courses for all levels from beginner to professional, from one day to 4 weeks.

We teach in all areas of Cake Design : Wedding Cakes, Modelings, Flowers, Airbrush decoration, Royal Icing, Sweet table…

We now propose two state-recognized certification courses in Cake Design.
Our certification “Elaborer et réaliser des pâtisseries montées ou sculptées (Cake Design)” is registered by France Compétences under code RS6632.

Registration on Mon Compte Formation is not yet available, but you can pre-register on our website.

Our objective is to train students in the best possible conditions and to make them autonomous at the end of their learning:

Definitely the best, go for it!

A month of pure pleasure, a month of intense sharing, with Galina who does not spare herself and who is not stingy in advice.
I had the chance to participate in her intensive training during 20 days.
A spacious workshop, new and adapted equipment, enough to learn as many techniques as possible, and excellent quality raw materials. All the ingredients are combined to succeed, Galina alone is a bible of Cake design, all the chances are on your side.
